From product vision to market-ready storytelling.
How Hey Design helped Deep Vector clearly explain their complex loss run intelligence platform.

The story.
Deep Vector came to Hey Design after seeing the product videos we created for Wamy.
They were clear and direct about why they reached out:
The Wamy videos explained a complex AI product simply
The storytelling felt credible and enterprise-ready
The execution showed confidence without overpromising
They wanted to build a clear, trustworthy product story for their Insurance AI platform that brokers and insurance teams could understand immediately.
When they engaged Hey Design, they were preparing to introduce a growing product ecosystem (including Loss Scan, the Deep Suite, and new platform integrations) to a market that values accuracy, trust, and defensibility.
They needed:
A simple way to explain a multi-product platform
A product story that showed the full workflow, not isolated features
Messaging that built trust in automation and AI-driven insights
This engagement started with product video storytelling and expanded into a structured narrative system that positioned Deep Vector as a credible platform in insurance intelligence.
The challenge.
Deep Vector’s platform solves a real operational problem: messy, inconsistent loss run data scattered across PDFs, spreadsheets, and disconnected workflows.
But the main problem was the narrative.
The market struggles with:
Fragmented loss run formats
Manual extraction and cleaning
Risk from data errors and inconsistencies
Lack of trust in automated outputs
Disconnected tools across the workflow
Deep Vector needed to communicate not just speed and automation, but trust, accuracy, defensibility, and intelligence.
They also needed a product story that showed the full journey:
Request → Extract → Clean → Enrich → Validate → Analyze
The solution.
We approached Deep Vector’s work with a clarity-first strategy, aligning narrative, product logic, visual storytelling, and production workflows into a single, repeatable system.
Product story architecture
After a product walkthrough and expectation alignment call with the Deep Vector team, we mapped out a structured product narrative:
Loss Run Pro: Request and import loss runs
Loss Scan: Extract raw data from any format
Deep Clarity: Clean and standardize
Deep Clarity+: Enrich with context
Deep Lens: Validate with transparency
Deep Intelligence: Analyze patterns and insights
This guided our video scripts and ensured we framed Deep Vector as a complete intelligence workflow.
Strategic video frameworks
We then developed multiple product introduction video scripts and concepts tailored for different GTM contexts:
Efficiency narrative (hours → minutes transformation)
Trust & intelligence narrative (accuracy, credibility, defensibility)
Pain-to-solution narrative (visual clarity-first)
Feature showcase narrative (end-to-end workflow authority)

Visual direction
Alongside the video concepts, we also built a premium, futuristic visual direction:
Dark, intelligent UI environments
Neon-accented data flows
Structured, modular layouts
AI-forward but enterprise-safe aesthetic
This positioned Deep Vector as advanced, trustworthy, secure, and enterprise-ready.

Storyboarding, production & final deliverables
After the concepts and visual direction were approved, our team proceeded with:
Rough Sketching & Wireframes: Early low-fidelity sketches were created, reviewed, and approved before moving into polished design.
Creative Exploration: We explored three distinct design directions, selected the strongest one, and applied it across the full storyboard.
Iterative Refinement: Multiple design revisions ensured narrative clarity, visual consistency, and stakeholder alignment.
Production & Execution: Once designs were locked, we moved into motion production, applying the finalized visual system across the entire video.
The inspiration behind this project.
Deep Vector’s team originally discovered Hey Design through the product videos we created for Wamy, and explicitly wanted that same level of storytelling, clarity, and premium execution.
If you want to see the work that inspired this collaboration:
The results.
Deep Vector and Hey Design didn’t just create a video.
We built a product narrative, designed to grow with the platform, scale with the market, and evolve
with the category.
