The Story
When Wamy approached Hey Design, they were an early-stage startup preparing for a major industry conference. Their goal was to explain a complex AI-driven legal product and emerging category in a simple, credible way in under 60 seconds.
At the time, their product design and positioning were still evolving. They needed a video that would introduce their solution to the market with clarity, intelligence, and a sense of confidence typically associated with more mature companies.
The launch video successfully communicated their offering and vision. That success sparked a larger collaboration that included a full rebrand, a new one-page website, and a scalable visual identity.
Together, we transformed how Wamy shows up in the market.
The Challenge
Wamy’s product interface was still being developed.
This made it difficult to rely on literal UI screens or traditional feature walkthroughs. We needed to create conceptual storytelling that explained value and functionality without depending on finalized visuals.
Additionally, Wamy’s initial identity was a practical first version. It worked for early internal needs, but it did not reflect the depth or sophistication of their AI capabilities.
As they sharpened their technology and prepared for wider adoption, the gap between product innovation and brand expression became clear.

The Solution
We approached Wamy’s challenge with clarity first, design second.
Positioning and Messaging
Before starting design, we partnered with Wamy to untangle their positioning. They were building a highly technical AI claim intelligence platform, but their early messaging didn’t yet communicate the real value: intelligent decisioning, domain-specific AI, and a workflow that replaces fragmented, manual processes.
In a focused strategy workshop, we clarified:
What Wamy actually is: AI Claim Intelligence, not a CMS, not a chatbot, not a legal tool
What job it solves: Turning raw claim data into confident next-step decisions
Who it’s for: Legal teams, insurance carriers, TPAs, claim analysts, paralegals
What makes it different: End-to-end workflow, risk scoring, domain expertise, structured AI, compliance-ready logic
This positioning became the north star for all visual and narrative decisions.

Product-Led Visual System and Moodboards
To define Wamy’s visual identity, we developed multiple moodboards exploring different expressions of intelligence, trust, and sophistication.
We finalized a visual direction that reflects Wamy’s core qualities: intelligence, precision, and calm authority.
The final direction was defined by:
Quiet, grounded compositions that feel deliberate and expert
A minimal, elegant palette with muted tones and structured neutrals
Clean line systems, subtle grids, and understated data cues
Refined typographic hierarchy to bring enterprise-grade polish
A controlled green accent used sparingly to evoke accuracy
This moodboard became the visual foundation for the entire brand system. It shaped the website, product visuals, design system, and motion language.
Product Visualization and Animations
Since many parts of the UI were still evolving, static screens couldn’t capture the intelligence behind Wamy’s workflow.
We developed conceptual product animations that visually explain:
How Wamy collects evidence
How it structures unstructured files
How it scores risk
How it surfaces missing data
How it guides the claim from intake to resolution
These animations later became a core part of Wamy’s new web presence and conference demos, helping early-stage audiences instantly understand a complex product.
Logo and Design System Refresh
We designed a new geometric logo inspired by accuracy, logic, and AI intelligence. We also created a modular design system that Wamy’s team could scale internally, ensuring consistency across future touchpoints.
Conversion-Ready One-Page Website
With the positioning, messaging, visual direction, and logo system finalized, we moved into building a completely new one-page website to replace Wamy’s outdated version.
The previous site didn’t reflect the sophistication of the product, the category it was creating, or the clarity we had established through the strategic work.
We rebuilt everything from the ground up:
